**About this role - responsibilities**In this position you will be responding tickets and chats from DXC employees about payroll related issues or doubts from Canada, USA and LATAM.
**_ Education and Experience Required:_**- Bachelor's degree- Customer Support experience**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Good oral and written communication skills (English)- Strong analytical skills.- Great management of computer skills**Work environment**- ** This position would be remote.
