Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.**Purpose**:Manage the payroll and labor relations process, ensuring that the compensation and administration of the associates are accurate, on time and aligned with the law.Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Payroll and Labor Relations services, policies, and procedures relevant to the company's obligations to its associates, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.Support and execute the company strategy to create a healthy work environment.**Responsibilities**- Administers benefits for all associates.- Research and respond to payroll and benefit related inquiries.- Maintains the integrity of payroll related associates, salary, deduction, and benefit information in financial/associate management databases.- Computes the calculation of wages and salaries, deductions and benefits, taxes and other withholdings.- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.- Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.- Stay up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws.- Develops writing policies and procedures regarding payroll.- Ensure that the supplier that makes up the payroll complies with the process in a timely manner, and according to the requirements of Mexican law.- Lead weekly conferences with the provider that makes up the payroll, to review their performance and quality of service.- Send information related to weekly and byweekly payroll to finance.- Prepare payroll audits.- Managing the administration process for labor contracts.- Ensures compliance with the internal work regulations.- It ensures that the benefits agreed in the individual contract of the associates as well as in the collective labor contract are applied in the payroll.- Administers disciplinary measures for associates together with the local lawyers.- Advise leaders on issues of employment problems with their staff.- Provide support to Human Resources Manager on some HR projects.**Technical / Functional Skills**:- Expert in payroll process.- Knowledge of IMSS Law, ISR Law, Labor Federal Law, Infonavit Law.- Knowledge of Labor Relations.- HR and Payroll software administration.- Knowledge of Best Practices of Human Resources.- Excellent analytical skills.- Ability to detect numerical errors.- The ability to work under tight deadlines.- English: Intermediate level.**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Bussiness Administration or Related field with 5+ years of experience.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards
