Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:Coordinate and supervise all operational, administrative, human and financial processes of payroll services to the different business units through compliance with standards, policies and procedures established by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality and services, as well as profitability and productivity of each of the payroll processes.**Qualifications**:- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.- Strong Knowledge of Federal Laws (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, INFONACOT, Federal of Labor, State Government) - Advanced- Desired US/CAN Payroll Process Knowledge - Expert- SAP knowledge - Advanced- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Advanced- Time management and prioritization of activities -Expert- English Language - Advanced- Operational experience in a Shared Service Management- Experience in the position +10 years- Bachelors/University degree preferably focused in Business, Finance, or Accounting.Main Activities:- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of employee payment and compliance reporting.- Actively reviews and analyzes the key controls within the payroll process to ensure compliance with legal and payroll country requirements (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc).- Leads, moderate to complex analysis for payroll function, exercising a good understanding of the business to determinate the best method for achieving objectives.- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making.- Proactive identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of Goal Performance Dialogue (GPD), coaching and career development; ensures that the propertools are in place to support the team and the processes.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
