After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.Summary:The Payroll Operations Manager will have responsibility for at least 1 large account and potential portfolio of other accounts. Dynamic role with responsibility for team management and client engagement with a lead role for client escalations within operations. Can be cross country or assigned to only one country of expertise. Opportunity to learn additional payroll countries.Essential Functions:Ensure that all processes are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts.Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels.Responsible for client satisfaction.Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metrics to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements.Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with clients.Manage change requests both internally and with clients.Collaborate and work with the commercial team in sales opportunities.Build relationship commitment with other areas.Required Education and Experience:BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of Mexico payroll legislation/taxation is required.Advanced English (reading/speaking) required.Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solutions; prefer SAP experience.Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages is required.Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, laser-focused approach on delivery of results is required.Proven ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into operational solutions is required.Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving skills are required
