About the opportunity
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle are processed, reconciled, audited of outputs, and transmitted accurately and timely.
Skills and experience we value
- Ability to manage high volume / workload to ensure service delivery are met.
- Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and on time
- Responsible for quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error or defect percentage
- Provides customers with regular and timely incident updates
- Ability to audit pre-live and post live outputs
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll impacting changes, payments and payroll processing for assigned clients

What would make you really stand out
- Degree
- Experience in payroll integration, interfaces & legislative requirements
- Time Management and prioritization
- At least 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing
- Previous customer support experience
