**Job Details**The main purpose of this role is to lead, execute and ensure the HRSSC Payroll and Tax team readiness of the different projects, statutory changes and key reporting activities to other stakeholders and groups, assuring compliance of regulations according to different regulations in LATAM.The position will interact with other corporate groups as well with the HR and Finance areas from the business groups, being support to the Payroll & Payroll Taxes Supervisor.Provides specialized administrative support to the different payroll and tax teams in LATAM, it will be the point of escalation for other individuals in the team providing guidance to complex inquiries from employees, managers, other groups across the enterprise.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:- CFDI (fiscal digital paysilp) activities:- Generate and lead the compliance on CFDIs for every payroll and follow up to conclude any discrepancy during the process.- Monitor correct load of CFDIs to enable employees to access to them via the payslip portal. Support employee inquiries on the related.- Perform the monthly/yearly tax adjustment activities and validate the results for the applicable companies.- Support Company projects for LATAM Payroll teams, identify internal GAPS or improvements and participate actively on the implementation.- For reporting duties, function as main support for tasks related to the following:- New site/company creation within Payroll system & vendors. Gather documentation with responsible areas, prepare POs/Contracts drafts when needed, conduct system testings, report results and corrective/preventive actions.- Provide data for Income Tax and Statutory purposes:- Income tax monthly reports,- Gather information for SAT information requests,- Actuarial Study for Severance Accrual calculations,- Payroll data for financial audits, among others.- Generate system change ideas to reduce processing time, error preventions or adapt to changes. Monitor its implementations.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree accounting, finance or business preferred.- At least **_3 years _**of payroll execution experience- Public Accounting practice experience highly preferred. Corporate tax department experience as a plus.- Strong knowledge on CFDI. Income Tax and general experience on payroll as a plus.- Strong technical and project skills. Excellent management of Microsoft Excel.- Good organization skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent situations and meet deadlines by prioritizing and communicating when support is needed. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully, both verbal and writing.- English as a must.
