The **Payroll Specialist I, Language Services**, will work with the Language Operations Managers on correcting and approving time cards for all interpreters before each payroll cycle.
This included punch corrections, entering missed PTO, bereavement hours, etc.
**Responsibilities**:- Accurately process time cards for several language teams weekly.- Ensure back-up documentation and record retention is in accordance with established company policies and procedures.- Verify hours worked using Calabrio and Pentaho.- Build and maintain reports as requested by management.- Responsible for payroll for Language Services Internal Customers & Partners, Interpreters, Language Operations Managers, and Human Resources.
