Payroll Specialist under general supervision, performs a variety of complex functions in the preparation, processing, maintenance, verification and reconciliation of employee data, payroll/benefit records and payment.
The key component of the role is to pay our employees correctly and on time with the focus on process improvement, consistency and documentation.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for assigned country payrolls, payroll delivery - processing payrolls, including: calculating, bonus payments, starters and leavers, salary paymentsEnsuring that Payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal and taxation standards, procedures, collective tariff agreements, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirementsPerforming standard payroll controls including SOX controls and respective evidencesPrepare a Net to pay file per legal entity, control generated bank filesManage final payroll settlement based on data received from HR Generalists and payroll dataFull administration of Mexico monthly contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISPT)Cooperate with payroll vendors on seamless and timely deliveryYear End payroll process, Tax Year end activitiesExperiencia y requisitosBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting area5+ years' experience processing, validating and analyzing weekly Payroll, headcount of min 500.5+ years' experience dealing with Mexican tax authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT,SAT)Tress Revolution, Paylocity or any other Payroll cloud based system – advantageExperience with SOX complianceExperience with working in a remote environment.Fluent in the English language, Other language skill is advantageStrong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple activitiesStrong analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environmentBeneficiosBeneficios de acuerdo a la LFTComedorFondo de ahorroSeguro de gastos médicosUniformeSeguro de vidaNúmero de vacantes: 1Área: Contabilidad/FinanzasContrato: PermanenteModalidad: HíbridoTurno: DiurnoJornada: Tiempo CompletoEstudios: Carrera con título profesionalInglés: Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: AvanzadoDisponibilidad para viajar: No#J-18808-Ljbffr
