The Payroll Specialist is accountable for overseeing daily payroll operations.
- Execute processes systematically within specified weekly or biweekly cycles.
- Provide guidance and orientation to T1 colleagues on legislation and calculations.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to support operational requirements.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to foster a culture of support and shared knowledge.
- Engage with both internal stakeholders and third-party partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Commit to meeting deliverables on time, focusing on achieving organizational goals and results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in administrative fields.
- One to three years of experience in similar roles, preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Mexico legislation (Social Security, Taxes, Labor).
- Good system knowledge/capability (ADP desirable)
- Finance/Payroll reconciliation knowledge
- Autonomy, motivated, initiative, and interested in Payroll topics.
- Oriented to Continues Improvement.
- Fluent in English.
