We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department based out of our Queretaro's office.
**Morning shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly multi-provincial payrolls for operative and truck drivers roles
- Managing multi-country payroll
- Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
- SUA/ IDSE register
- Assist and answer payroll related queries from employees
- Prepare monthly statutory remittances (eg.WCB filings, source deductions, garnishments, RRSP etc.)
- Ensure processing of appropriate deductions, remittance and reporting requirements for deductions and benefits as required by legislation
- Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations, and ROEs
- Employee management
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English is a must
- +2 years of payroll administration experience.
- Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Workday integration experience (preferred)
- Must understand payroll concepts such as: Earning/ Deduction, Termination Payouts, Reading Payroll Register.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payroll Softwares
- Experience with accounting incentive programs, short
- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to prepare tax return reports and present findings.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
