Payroll Specialist

Summary Responsible for preparation and processing of biweekly payroll at the location, reviewing and ensuring accuracy and tracking of approved timesheets.
Your day to day Provide Payroll Talks to New Hires explaining payroll processes and benefits offered by the Company.
Perform comparison report after transmission of payroll, comparing current vs. prior payroll to audit discrepancies prior to the pay date.
Research and resolve questions from managers and employees relative to the processing of payroll information such as PTO, direct deposit, retro pay calculations, tax questions, etc.
Preparate and process bi-weekly payroll.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as Payroll Specialist, mandatory.
**Knowledge in**: ISR Tax Calculation, SUA/IDSE, Final Settlement Calculation..
Intermediate English skills (B1+).
MS Office proficiency.
3 months tenure in current position and no deviations or disciplinary actions on record.
