Responsibilities:Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries.Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and country specific tax laws and regulations.Ensure compliance with country and local payroll tax requirements.Prepare and file payroll tax returns for local and federal agencies.Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.Address and resolve more complex payroll-related inquiries from HR Shared Services.Provide guidance on payroll and tax matters.Utilize payroll software to manage payroll processes.Assist in system upgrades and implementations as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, and/or Human Resources.Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on tax compliance.Strong knowledge of federal and local payroll tax regulations.Proficiency in Workday, ADP GlobalView and Celergo, and UKG Kronos.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.English and Spanish fluency in verbal and written communications.Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
