.Job DescriptionTo ensure the payroll supervision of all employees hired at the company, ensuring their timely and accurate payment, aligning with all internal policies of the company, adhering to the fiscal, legal and regulatory requirements that apply to the process, the coordination of unqualified opinions and the preparation of financial reports inherent to the payroll.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Supervise the proper communication between HRIS and plant for the preparation of payroll for administrative and unionized personnel.Supervise the compliance in due time and form with the calculations and payments of governmental obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, SAR, State Taxes, Infonacot).Supervise the attention of Internal and External Audits in the area of payroll.Supervise the process of payment of other benefits that affect the perceptions related to payroll.Supervise the integrity of the SAT payroll viewer vs. payroll accounting.Supervise the proper functioning and internal control of the attendance systems that impact payroll calculations, ensuring the proper processing of incidents.Oversee the proper follow-up of ADP & e-time performance review tickets.Coordinate and provide information according to schedules for the preparation of annual opinions ensuring a clean opinion.Coordinate the preparation of the annual Payroll Labor Liabilities Study.Coordinate semi-annual and annual processes of payments to employees.Coordination of Treasury-Payroll information with our Shared Services Center in Costa Rica.Prepare and deliver reports derived from the payroll with the frequency established in the Monthly Activities Calendar & MEXGAAP & USGAAP taxes.Prepare annual wage and salary budget and monthly projection calculations by business unit.Prepare and coordinate the process of approval, payment and accounting of terminations and severance payments.Elaborate calculations of special requests for retroactive payroll payments.Lead continuous improvement projects for the payroll area.Comply with Quality standards, ESH and internal work regulations set by the company.Who you are:As a Payroll Supervisor as part of the Finance Team, you're pivotal for ensuring top-notch customer service and operational support.
