**Responsabilidades**:
This role guarantees all Payroll Inputs are processed correctly and on time to payroll for LAR region employees. Responsible for maintain a standardized payroll process focused on Payroll optimization, continuous improvements, and process excellence.
**Requisitos**:
**Experience (required)**:
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll area
**Experience (preferred)**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Payroll upervisor or similar position.
- Payroll and HCM system experience
**Education (required)**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience)
- Medium English
