Job Description:
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Payroll processes (end-to-end)
- Payroll Software Knowledge (ERP, SAP, Revolution, TRESS, Workday)
- Experience in implementing the TRESS system & Workday
- Expert in calculation and solid legal knowledge in IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IDSE, SUA, SAT, Social Security Law
- Calculation and payment of employer obligations and social benefits
- Settlement calculations, additions, terminations, salary adjustments, loans, discounts
- Implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
- Skilled in sheets and manipulation of data
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong client support, resulting in a positive employee experience
- Strong knowledge of general ledger to support accounting inquiries and resolve reconciling items related to payroll
