**We are looking for a PAYROLL SUPERVISOR to be part of our team in FIS SLP**
- Ensure the correct administration of the plant's Payroll system and ensure timely payment as well as having in order the legal requirements that are the responsibility of the company towards the workers.
- Monitoring of the payroll system calendar
- Comply and ensure the terms and conditions of the code of ethics and administration that regulates conduct
- Entry of information to Global View (Registrations, terminations, absences, overtime, vacations, permits, disabilities, salary modifications, Infonavit credits, discounts, etc)
- Management and follow up of overtime, HC, personnel costs, accumulated settlements and payroll.
**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:

- ** Minimum 4 years experience in similar position in an industrial environment (more than 300 employees)**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, accountability, finance or related.
- Intermediate advanced English communication skills
- ** Strong knowledge in SAP, income taxes, Infonavit, Christmas bonuses, utilities payment, settlements, labor relations, labor union negotiations.
