.**Job Summary**Audit the operations and identify the risk, ensuring controls to avoid financial impact. Monitor the activities on plants to reinforce the controls through the scorecard. This position is responsible to create the financial scorecard and follow up with plants, ensuring that processes are running well for the 22 plants of APTIV EDS.Your Role (EDS 22 Plants)- Audit process of supply chain on EDS Plants.- Move to EDS operations and perform the Doxy Assessment.- Monitor the Doxy Assessment metrics or scorecard from EDS Plants (remote).- Socialize the Assessment across the EDS.- Ensure processes are in place.- Programme the in place and remote revisions with the different Plant's Staff.- Request and validate the corrective and containment actions.- Create new procedure with the teams involve.- Schedule the Doxy Assessment to EDS.- Prevention and Follow up meetings with the Regionals Mgr and PC&L Managers.- Analyzes performance metrics such as: Engineering, Receiving Area, Indirect Material, Quality - RMAs, Quality Concerns, Scrap, etc.- Supervise weeky activities along the EDS operations.- Support on the physical inventories with his/her expertise.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.- Continuous improvement the process to ensure the metrics of the organization.Your Background:- High level of English proficiency is necessary (90% or higher)- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting and Finance or related.- Five years of experience on the automotive industry.- Strong SOX knowledge.- Strong Financial knowledge.- Audit skills.- Work under pressure.- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.- Strong Microsoft Office skills.- Self-starter with ability to prioritize in accordance with business needs.- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.- High e xperience oriented on Engineering Changes, People Management, Automotive Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement / Ordering, Receiving Area.**Traits we seek**- **Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously, clearly establish expectations and hold others accountable for achieving results, as well as developing and executing strategic plans**:- Multifunctional comfortable to follow up several projects at the same time, such as training people, Inventory Management, Automotive Business Understanding.- Ability to collaborate with many different teams.- Clear and concise communicator both verbal and written.- Make testing control and solve them through administration systems**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**- Competitive compensation package including; Bonus Potential, Healthcare, Pension & TaxSaver schemes.- Learning, professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment
