Pc&L Supervisor

Responsible for management of cycle counts, inventories and month closing for Nemak plants.**Main Responsibilities**- Follow up to comply with customer volume requirements daily.- Follow up with Casting Plants material shipping and deliveries to maintain production lines running at a constant pace.- Follow up with Casting Plants dunnage deliveries to comply with OK to ship production plan and customer shipments 100% on-time.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree- People Management- Problem Solving- Hazard Recognition & Control- Quality Management System- Decision Making- Conflict Management- Communication- Time Management- English desirable- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
