.Job DescriptionPC Support AdministratorMAIN TASKSThe PC Support Administrator is responsible for internal users IT support, maintain digital workplace environment operational and manage IT assets, network access and hardware /software provisioning for employees, contractors and third parties according to security policies.TASK AND ACTIVITIES- Provide IT support to internal users- Manage company network accesses and Active Directory according to security policies- Manage new starters and leavers IT process- Installs, adapts workstations to the user, operates the connections of the network elements.- Integrates smartphones and tablets and communication systems into the company's information system.- Integrates, operates and supports office copiers and printing systems- Setup, operates and supports meeting rooms communication solutions- Collaborate with Site Managers to setup, operate and support physical security systems (door access control and video surveillance)- Detects and removes viruses, ensures the backup of computer data.- Keeps the inventory of the hardware and software up to date, managing hardware stock and licenses availability.- Manage IT Purchasing process for on time supply of IT equipment and software- Participates in the deployment of the company's messaging and collaborative system and trains users as required.- Assists remotely or on site, in order to solve user's incidents (hardware or software) as soon as possible, within agreed SLAs.- Keep a permanent technological watch on workplace digital environment.- Automate daily tasks such as system or software installations, security updates- Monitor and manage technical alerts, ensuring proper escalation as needed- Write technical and support documentationPREREQUISITE FOR THE JOBPROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED- Solid Windows technical background.- Service oriented approach- Knowledge of basics ITIL, project management methodologies- Knowledge of basics of IT security and networking- Good written and verbal communication skills- Innovative thinking- "Can do" attitude- IT Suppliers management experienceKNOWLEDGE REQUIREDMUST-HAVES- Professional English.- Expertise in- Windows Professional, IOS, Android- Active Directory and Azure AD- Office 365- Knowledge in- Windows server and powershell- Networking- Supplier management- "Team Player" attitude- Knowledge of various IT and business functions- Capacity to work with an agile methodology.- Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.NICE-TO-HAVES- Knowledge in MacOS- Experience in automotive or industrial business.- Professional French or German or Chinese.CERTIFICATE AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCERTIFICATEDegree in a technology-related field required such as Software Engineering and/or Computer Science.EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years of proven and successful experience in PC Support administration involving Microsoft technologies and Azure
