The PC Support Administrator is responsible for internal users' IT support, maintaining the digital workplace environment operational, and managing IT assets, network access, and hardware/software provisioning for employees, contractors, and third parties according to security policies.TASKS & RESPONSABILITIESProvide IT support to internal users.Manage company network accesses and Active Directory according to security policies.Manage new starters and leavers IT process.Install and adapt workstations to the user, operate the connections of the network elements.Integrate smartphones and tablets and communication systems into the company's information system.Integrate, operate, and support office copiers and printing systems.Setup, operate, and support meeting rooms communication solutions.Collaborate with Site Managers to setup, operate, and support physical security systems (door access control and video surveillance).Diagnose anomalies, remedy problems by internal or subcontracted intervention, and apply the preventive maintenance plan.Detect and remove viruses, ensuring the backup of computer data.Handle security alerts (phishing, identity).Keep the inventory of hardware and software up to date, managing hardware stock and licenses availability.Manage IT purchasing process for on-time supply of IT equipment and software.Participate in the deployment of the company's messaging and collaborative system and train users as required.Assist remotely or on-site to solve user incidents (hardware or software) as soon as possible, within agreed SLAs.Maintain a permanent technological watch on the workplace digital environment.Automate daily tasks such as system or software installations, security updates.Monitor and manage technical alerts, ensuring proper escalation as needed.Write technical and support documentation.Apply and enforce security policies.Participate in workplace projects.Support Operations Team in projects.PROFILE REQUIREDMust haveProfessional English.Expertise in:Windows Professional, iOS, Android.Active Directory and Azure AD.Office 365.Knowledge in:Windows Server and PowerShell.Networking.Supplier management."Team Player" attitude.Knowledge of various IT and business functions.Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.Nice-to-haveKnowledge in MacOS.Experience in automotive or industrial business.Capacity to work with an agile methodology.Professional French or German or Chinese.Skills & AbilitiesSolid Windows technical background.Service-oriented approach.Knowledge of basics ITIL, project management methodologies.Knowledge of basics of IT security and networking.Good written and verbal communication skills.Innovative thinking."Can do" attitude.IT Suppliers management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
