Job Description**Job Description**:Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.Specific Project Management Responsibilities:1.Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-build schedule.2.Provide input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, concerning incoming volume and capacity3.Manage load leveling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.4. Establish reporting to determine labor and productivity performance statistics.5. Understand capacity management relationship to MRP. Work with Business Units and work center input and output loading.6. Establish, measure, monitor, and adjust capacity levels to execute all manufacturing schedules.7. Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skillsMinimum Requirements:1.Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.2.English Proficient (written and conversation)3.Demonstrate experience using SAP
