Minimum Qualifications2–4 or 5-7+ years actively involved in supporting electrical engineering design and simulation tools with emphasis on Siemens and Cadence board design tools3+ years of leading multiple team members to support EDA flows4+ years of coding experience on Skill scripting on Cadence tools to build and deploy custom featuresCoding experience on VB Scripting/Python/Java/Shell/and or Perl programming languagesGood verbal and written communication skills Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated leadership skills on leading support and automation teams for EDA tools.Exposure to Linux OS in terms of managing file Systems and Tool Deployments.Distills requirements and translates them into project tasks, schedules, and staffing needs.Effectively delegates tasks to other team members, multitasks and meets aggressive schedules in a dynamic environment.Setting up working detailed schedules and planned execution of deliverables for all projects and tasks.Prior experience to create custom scripts or parsers that augment board design tools.Strong problem solving/ debugging skills.Effectively communicates with project peers and engineering personnel via e-mail, web meetings, and instant messaging including status reports and illustrative presentation slides.Leadership skills to help direct, prioritize, and clearly set project tasks per schedule.
