**Skills Required for the Position**- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial and electrical engineering or related.- Skills in business operations, project management, and information systems are ideal.- Advanced English written and communication knowledge.- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities: drive projects to success through effective issue resolution, communication, and scope management.- Team empowerment & leadership.- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint)- Negotiation - Win/Win outcomes (Conflict Management, Team Building, Consensus Building, Relationship building).- Discipline - Meeting management, Decision Tracking, Issue Resolution, Meeting Cadence.
**Specific tasks/responsibilities**- Coordinate and manage access and business operations processes, including the handling of new users in PD release systems.- Develop and maintain presentations and materials related to PD, including presentations for communication and upper management staff meetings.- Gather key metrics from PD skill teams and coordinate PD projects, preparing control reports.- Support the planning and development of executive events and presentations, including visits from executive directors and Town Hall events.- Manage and maintain access and control of systems such as EDMS and SharePoint, Support IT resource management (PC and corporate cellphone requests).- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of business strategies and plans, including supporting onboarding strategy and managing requests for laboratories and supplier resources.- Participate in internal control audits and in the analysis.
