This includes the application of quality tools within the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).The QE has knowledge on failure modes related to welded components, uses its expertise to develop PFMEA's, Control Plans, Gages or Fixtures to ensure the quality of the product. Supports the integration of new product lines and provides data analysis. Issues creation and follow up for its closure.What Skills You Need:PFMEA, Experience in creation, participation of the deliverable.Control Plan, Experience in creation, participation of the deliverable.GD&T, Geometric Tolerances, Interpretation, Analysis of dimensional results.Statistics, Capacity Studies (Cp, Cpk).APQP (EPDP). Knowledge of APQP Phases or EPDP Phases (Deere).
