Pds Production Technician

Execute the assembly of the products according to the Drawing, Assembly Instruction and Router.- Sign in the Router, each Operation executed and Inspected.- Responsible for Inspection and Packaging of the finished material.- Carry out the set up of the line.
Make changes of Models in the equipment / machines.- Perform a first level (Basic) analysis to determine the root cause of the problem.- Perform 5s in the area.- Execute Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.- Identify Opportunity areas.
Improvements in already established processes.
(Kaizen and Poka Yokes).- Install new production lines.- Engineering Support.- Dispose of non-conforming material
