This role is pivotal in managing and supervising essential projects that directly impact our efficiency and Quality metrics (TPY) performance and coordinates Process Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Process Technicians, Industrial Technicians, Line Trainers and Process Certifiers (Trainers).The responsibilities also include:Leadership and Coordination: Daily meetings with leaders and teams to ensure project alignment and timely follow-ups.
