The position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.About our clientWe are currently working with a global private markets investment firm that offers investments, portfolio oversight, and guidance to its wide range of clients, focusing on primary and secondary fund investments, and co-investments in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, real assets, and private debt.
Our client seeks a self-driven and analytical professional who can join them as a PE Structuring and Analytics Associate.What the job involvesInvestigate regional investments and investor markets to discover prospects for business growthDevelop intricate financial models to project returns for investors and assess product economicsEngage in the structuring of private market investments (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt)Develop comprehensive investor presentations and promotional materialsParticipate in the securitization of private debt access involving intricate financial modeling, possibly encompassing SWAPs, while negotiating and collaborating with local credit rating agenciesParticipate in client proposals and presentationsExamine documents for private and public offerings as well as legal contracts (Mexican trusts, IMAs, LPAs, among others)Gain expertise in existing vehicles/products and engage with external providers of these vehicles to address and/or resolve inquiries and issuesConvert financial data and investment overviews from English to Spanish and vice versaWho we are looking forDemonstrated experience in investment banking, M&A origination and execution or corporate financeSolid understanding of CERPIs, CKDs, securitizations, mutual funds, and other publicly listed vehiclesBachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or business preferredMBA, CFA, or master's degree desired / CAIA and other certifications will be consideredFull professional proficiency in English is a MUSTStrong financial modelling and research skillsAbility to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environmentHighly driven individual, with strong attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
