The ideal candidate possesses strong logical reasoning skills and knowledge of business intelligence tools. This role is critical in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing up-to-date and precise people metrics and total rewards data.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Analysis: Maintain the People Success dashboard with the latest metrics and prepare insightful reports for People Success business review. Maintain and update historical changes related to compensation, mobility, and headcount.Reporting: Prepare and update headcount costs reports to reflect current and projected costs, as well as ad hoc reports. Regularly update the master headcount report to ensure data integrity and consistency.Job Architecture: Help maintain a consistent job architecture with relevant and competitive salary ranges for each job family, function, and level.Compensation Benchmarking: Work with databases to prepare and submit data for compensation surveys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Total Rewards Management: Ensure all compensation updates are accurately reflected in the HRIS; support the analysis and submission of all aspects of total rewards including salary reviews, stock options, and total reward reviews.Special Projects: Collaborate with team members in a variety of projects or initiatives to achieve People Success goals.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Analytical Engineering, Finance, or related field is preferredExperience with data analytics, database management, and visualization toolsDetail-oriented with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsAdvanced skills in tools such as Excel including macros, Google Sheets and one or more BI platforms and visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, PowerBI, etc
