It's part of our daily efforts to grow and evolve.YOUR DAY IN THE LIFEReporting to the Global Director of People & Culture, People Operations, the LATAM (Latin America) P&C Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives in the LATAM region. You will offer both strategic and hands-on HR support to ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, talent development, and a positive employee experience across all LATAM locations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the region, championing the WilsonHCG culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle.
