Descripción y detalle de las actividades Partners with management and provides proactive support and consultation on most aspects of People functions (staffing, employee relations, development, recruitment, legal and compensation) to respective client groups. Works collaboratively with focus team members as needed to develop, implement, and communicate company programs and policies. Promote positive employee relations and build relationships with employees and managers to become a trusted advisor. Collaborates with focus team leadership on issues including application of company policies and processes and complex employee issues. Collaborate with other People and Culture team members on defining and implementing process standardization and improvements. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions with support from our shelter partner with CSR's and Director of People and Culture, conducts effective, thorough, timely and objective investigations. Support management in fostering a culture of open feedback, high morale, and engaged employees. Timely and courteous response to employee questions and concerns. Manages personnel services quality, required/proposed changes, evaluations, complaints, etc. like nurse, cafeteria service, self-service machines, and transportation services. Supports team with corporate policies: travel, expense reporting. Prepare Disciplinary Action forms when needed in conjunction with our shelter partner. Obtain approval from VP of People and Culture for any suspensions or terminations. Coordinate and ensure timely performance reviews, and development plans. Investigations when needed with CSR, and document appropriately. Manage motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational activities, community support. Experiencia y requisitos 2-4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Industrial Psychology, Finance and/or 8+ years' experience in HR Generalist position in a manufacturing environment Must have full understanding of the Mexican labor law Must have the ability to develop solid and positive professional relationships with senior leadership, subordinates and peers. Is comfortable applying and adept at using technology (i.e. strong Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience preferred. Must demonstrate initiative to proactively assess and resolve issues. Flexible and willing to take calculated risks and take accountability for outcomes. Understands applicable Federal and State employment laws. Committed to customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
