To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we're always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.Your opportunity:As a People Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our company's culture, taking care of our team in Mexico and Colombia, and handling essential HR functions.This is a generalist position ideal for someone with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.Key responsibilities include:Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Mexican and Colombian labor laws.Manage benefits administration, including health insurance and other employee perks.Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing questions on policies, benefits, and HR processes.Manage employee files, contracts, and HR systems to ensure accurate records.Develop initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.Plan and execute team-building events, workshops, and activities to boost morale and engagement.Gather regular feedback on employee experience and propose improvements.Oversee office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and functional workspace
