Providing support on restructuring, redeployment, audits.
Supporting country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
Providing consultation to managers on complex people topics.
Manage employment relations, labor law issues, and any collective agreements as support to People country leader.
Supports Ethics & Compliance by providing guidance, policy reference and cases investigations.
