**Currently we are looking for our next**:**People Cost Coordinator (SOCO, Andinos & Caricam)****Which is the main objective of this role?
**This role is responsible for executing the People Cost agenda for SOCO, Andinos & Caricam through AOP construction & monthly forecasts.
This position collaborates with HR, FP&A, Control & Reporting & functional teams to ensure operating plan is met in throughout the year.
Also, this role is responsible for maintaining the financial cost structure alongside HR Ops and Org Design Lead and coordinate all Financial Planning processes within each OU.
**What will you be doing?
**- Guarantee people cost processes execution and delivery on time- Participate as leader in the OUs monthly Fcst review meetings and provide visibility or necessary guidance to HRBPs, budgeteers & finance- Alignment with control team when necessary to ensure correct accounting records & bonus adjustments- Review and approve the Fcst before being shared and be in charge of responding for any variation regarding PC Fcst- Develop a scorecard to give visibility of people cost performance by month to HR, TR and Finance leaders- Assesses the cost impact of changing requirements on CASA structure design and makes recommendations to create value (HR, Finance, Relocations)**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?
**- College degree: Engineering, Economy, or Business Administration degrees, preferably- Advanced Excel- 3+ years relevant Compensation or finance experience (costing/budget management/salary planning)- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish)**What can you expect from us?
