Step outside our doors, and you'll find yourself on the grand boulevard of Paseo de la Reforma, just a short stroll away from Bosque de Chapultepec and the trendy neighbourhoods of Condesa and Polanco.The role of People & Culture Coordinator:The People & Culture Coordinator will be an integral part of the People & Culture Department and will handle each task with integrity, confidentiality, and enthusiasm. This role is highly visible, providing administrative support in recruitment and selection processes, orientation, payroll management, events and recognition, benefits administration, communication, compliance, and attention to detail.Essential Functions:Perform administrative activities and manage documentation for new hires.Prepare and maintain employee files (hires and terminations), ensuring confidentiality of information.Recruitment in Workday and Abhril systems.Facial registration for new hires and assist throughout the contract signing process.Record absences and register in Abhril payroll system.Review and process employee salary increases in the system.Draft contracts and follow up on performance evaluations for new hires.Distribute final paychecks and payroll checks.Conduct periodic reviews of employee files and documents (audits).Support internal events and internal communication.Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and managers.Knowledge and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, tourism, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and payroll management.Intermediate English proficiency.Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner.Benefits:Uniforms: Complimentary uniform cleaning.Travel: Complimentary room nights at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts with discounted meals and other services.Training and Development: Internal training workshops for line employees and management.Meals: Complimentary buffet-style meals.Recognition: Employee service awards, Employee of the Month, and Employee of the Year awards.And many more property-specific benefits
