This role is vital for maintaining high standards of HR data integrity and involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including HRIS teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.**Your Impact**:As People Data Governance Analyst your functions would consist of- Conduct regular data quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions- Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency- Assist in data cleansing and maintenance projects- Design, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needs- Management of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging)- Support periodical service requests through data governance processes- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and contiuous improvement- Recommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and resultsQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Education/Requirements, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study**Experience**- Fluent in English (Written & Verbal skills)- Experience in computer database management- 1+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferred**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills
