This role is vital for maintaining high standards of HR data integrity and involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including HRIS teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.Your Impact:As People Data Governance Analyst your functions would consist of:Conduct regular data quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actionsSupport the development and enforcement of data governance policiesCollaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyAssist in data cleansing and maintenance projectsDesign, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needsManagement of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging)Ensure data quality in all data sources and reporting applicationsSupport periodical service requests through data governance processesDeliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvementRecommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and resultsQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of studyExperienceFluent in English (Written & Verbal skills)Experience in computer database management1+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferredAdvanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, WordAnalytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferredIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs
