**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:- Developing and implementing strategic plans for people development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them for every Boldranian.- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop robust training programs in areas such as leadership development and how we coach team members at Boldr.
Anticipating and eliminating future skills gaps through incisive new L&D programming.- Evangelizing a culture of lifelong learning.- Providing career guidance and counseling to employees on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting.- Ensure employees are enrolled and actively participate in career path training.- Collate information from performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and recommend ways to improve performance where needed.- Support organizational culture through people development communication strategies that align with company values- Developing training materials and providing training services to employees to ensure they are meeting their job requirements and fulfilling their career aspirations.- Ensure all employees undergo mandatory compliance training and that bite size workshops are well attended.- Developing and implementing a succession plan for key positions in the organization, including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them.- Stay abreast with the global movements of workplace people development and work towards Boldr becoming the benchmark of people development in the industry.- Build relationships with third party training providers and leverage off subsidized programs.- Love to facilitate programs as-and-when required.
**Requirements**:**WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:**YOU HAVE**:- At least 5 years of experience in adult education (a people development degree preferred).- Knowledge of learning management systems; web delivery tools and various learning styles.- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.- Experience with e-learning platforms.- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.- Adequate presentation skills to deliver engaging learning sessions.- Proven project management skills to ensure delivery of project outcomes.
