.1. Our position- **_People Excellence COE Partner _**:- _Location: Mexico City _- _Job type: Full time _2. About the job- Support the execution of Talent Management global processes. Ensure on an on-going basis that solutions are implemented and executed in a manner that sustains service delivery model and offers clarity to employees _**Main responsibilities**:- Promote and lead continuous improvement efforts related through feedback loops and Talent Management process improvement ideas and implementation- Evaluate the effectiveness of local and regional programs via established KPIs & metrics- Per need basis: Talent Management COE (Center of Excellence) Data management- Manage vendor relationships on a per-need basis- Deliver change management and communication for People-related impacts- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation in SNOW when applicable- Support People-related local projects- Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize MyPortal- Escalate technical support requests regarding talent management as needed- Assist as needed on the annual Talent Review, including developing and proofing talent review materials, conducting research in HR systems to incorporate talent information into materials, and producing and assembling materials- Assists in the preparation of various reports and presentations, performing data analysis as needed.- Support the implementation of global development programs- Build and deploy development programs according to local needs- Train and support employees and people managers on Talent Management Processes- Coordination of the annual talent cycle- Translation of global materials- Training of different audiences- Facilitation of talent conversations in forums3. About you- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in various HR-related areas, Recruitment, Talent management or other functions- **Skills**:- Requires the ability to work under tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment without getting internally or externally overwhelmed- Demonstrated confidentiality for sensitive information- Proven ability to work in a team environment independently- Comfort with ambiguity, continuous change and innovation- Great communication skills- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree- **Languages**: Conversational English4.
