These duties will include onboarding new hires, maintaining records, facilitating performance development programs and support with engagement activities.You will originate and lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Create, update, and maintain team members' information in our systems.- Ensure compliance with onboarding initiatives such as orientation, compliance courses, submission of pre boarding requirements, etc.- Respond to PX Helpdesk inquiries and concerns of team members assigned to you.- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports on labor, culture, and employment related topics.- Assist with team member communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings.- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.- Helps in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing on what a Boldr leader should be.- Ensure all internal changes effected by Management and PX are documented.- Assist with offboarding processes.- Other clerical and administrative tasks as required, are to be expected
