This role will play a key role in global TR transformation journey and contribute directly to global solutions development and implementation.**Your Impact**As People experience and Operations Manager for Total Rewards your scope would consist of:- Provide support to ongoing TR Transformation projects, lead assigned workstreams of multi-year transformational project, including Global Job Architecture and E2E Core Processes simplification, and other projects as required.- Develop global governance models for ongoing management and maintenance of implemented solutions.- Identify linkages for use cases, system changes and analysis of implementation impacts, including mitigation plans.- Support the scope expansion and implementation of E2E pay automation, including process standardization, development of training materials, collaboration with People Operations teams on process mapping and process management.- Provide relevant analyses to inform and facilitate management decision-making.- On ongoing basis, identify opportunities to standardize TR processes and completing a preliminary assessment of impact.- Propose improvement initiatives in processes and solutions to improve end-user experience.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- 10+ years of experience in a matrix organization, previous Total Rewards and HR systems experience, as well as understating of HR processes are desirable.- Strong experience leading transformtional projects.- Ability to interface and collaborate on a daily basis with various stakeholders within the business, different functions, and external providers
