This role will play a key role in the global TR transformation journey and contribute directly to global solutions development and implementation.Your ImpactAs People experience and Operations Manager for Total Rewards your scope would consist of:Provide support to ongoing TR Transformation projects, lead assigned workstreams of multi-year transformational project, including Global Job Architecture and E2E Core Processes simplification, and other projects as required.Develop global governance models for ongoing management and maintenance of implemented solutions.Identify linkages for use cases, system changes and analysis of implementation impacts, including mitigation plans.Support the scope expansion and implementation of E2E pay automation, including process standardization, development of training materials, collaboration with People Operations teams on process mapping and process management.Provide relevant analyses to inform and facilitate management decision-making.On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities to standardize TR processes and complete a preliminary assessment of impact.Propose improvement initiatives in processes and solutions to improve end-user experience.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Experience10+ years of experience in a matrix organization, previous Total Rewards and HR systems experience, as well as understanding of HR processes are desirable.Strong experience leading transformational projects.Ability to interface and collaborate on a daily basis with various stakeholders within the business, different functions, and external providers
