Are you a People Operations Analyst ready to take on a new challenge?We are a team of seasoned global startup veterans with previous exits that are building Keep to be the next generational banking institution in Canada.We have raised millions from the top VCs in fintech and are now scaling.- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.- Maintain and update people records, databases, and employee files, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
