As a People Operations Manager, you will have the responsibility to oversee the entire operation of our company.
You will manage our Human Resources department as well as maintain and expand the relationship with new and existing clients, following up on their requests.
**Objectives of the position**:You will provide vital support to the organization's talent goals and business partnership in aspects of human resources, recruiting, organizational development, culture, and employee happiness.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Implement human resources strategies by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.- Responsible for payroll processing and providing functional support for incentive programs.- Working along with the rest of the departments to reach organizational milestones.- Manage client portfolios by assessing their needs and assisting them in their recruitment processes as well as keeping them informed through external communication processes.- Manage and execute special projects such as Learning and development workshops, mental health sessions, event planning, and everything related to the employee experience.- Update information in our database and keep up with the legal and regulatory requirements.
**Skills and work experience**:Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment with constant change as your companion; 3+ years of experience working as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or a similar role.
**Self-driven**Detail orientedKnowledge of LMS and project management software as well as HR platforms.Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems at a senior level, providing feedback, guidance, and direction.A clear understanding of Human Resources practices and legal requirements.Working knowledge of the critical components of a successful HR department including employment law, performance management, resolving conflict, having difficult conversations, employee engagement, training, maintaining employee files, and managing operational budgets.Clear, strong verbal communication and consulting skills
