About The Role Ogury is looking to welcome a People Operations Specialist onto our People Team, based in our Mexico City office! In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations, initiatives, office management and more for our Mexico and Colombia offices. You are a people-first person with a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset. Our People Operations Specialist will be able to adopt a systemic point of view and provide counsel to our internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently. Driving operational excellence and facilitating an employee-centric workplace culture is at the heart of this role and you are excited to lead these efforts! This role will report directly to our Global People Operations Director, based in France, while working in partnership with local People Operations teams and local Senior Management.
