Our People Operations Specialist will be able to adopt a systemic point of view and provide counsel to our internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently.Driving operational excellence and facilitating an employee-centric workplace culture is at the heart of this role and you are excited to lead these efforts!This role will report directly to our Global People Operations Director, based in France, while working in partnership with local People Operations teams and local Senior Management.Based in our Mexico City or Bogota office(s), we encourage our team to join us in the office, 3-4 days per week.What you will do:Manage the employee lifecycle (from hire to retire), including: Benefits Management and Enrollment, Payroll, Job changes, and more.Responsible for data management, with attention to data accuracy, compliance, and completion within the People Systems & Employee Records.Responsible for designing the local/regional processes and policies and ensuring that teams are applying those consistently.
