If you are then this roleis just for you!**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**Hub Analyst role supports the running activities of People Experience (PEX) function by maintaining data and documents for North America Employees.- Receives, routes, resolves, and properly closes all Service Now, WD, or any other inquiries within their specialty or assignment in an accurate and timely manner. Specialist areas could include, but are not limited to hiring and onboarding, employee data changes, leave of absence, relocation requests, employee separations, global mobility transactions, and payroll support.- Responsible of accurately entering data of North America employees in Workday.- Support the creation of North America documentation by KEM.- Execute in partnership with effective communication with several stakeholders and peers.- Performs specifics data quality procedures by following audit processes on a regular basis.- Participates in system UATs and identification of system issues related to continuous improvement processes by partnering with in Market stakeholders (North America) and Global Team.- Proposing, developing and maintenance of process related documents on a regular basis to guarantee KEM flawless execution.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences** **& Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in human resources, admin or a related field require.- Language: Advanced English, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.- Goal driven attitude.- Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills using a combination of operational support/ticketing and project management tools.- Desire experience with North America processes and incidents management for large organizations.- Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.- Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail
