Talent is our world.****The Role**:The Team Leader will provide line management and leadership for the People Operations team, ensuring that the team is able to meet relevant targets, SLAs and KPIs. The Team Leader will drive the delivery operational excellence and quality employee and stakeholder experience.**Key Accountabilities**:**Leadership**- Team objective setting, performance management, development and succession planning.- Drive team morale, productivity, and discipline.- Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members.- Support on team-wide projects to develop technical and professional skills.**Operational Excellence**- Manage workload of the team to successfully achieve all required SLAs.- Analyse performance drivers including improvements to standard processes and methodologies, sharing of best practice.- Carry out analysis on reports to ensure that services are delivered on time and accurately and in line with all compliance requirements.- Ensure team achieves required data accuracy.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.- Escalation management.- Subject matter expert in supporting escalated HR queries from allocated countries/regions.**Innovation**- Consider ways to continually develop and improve the processes and procedures and work in conjunction with the team to implement any changes introduced.**Compliance**- Ensuring compliance across the team through adherence to ISO processes; identifying and raisingany risks.- Maintain Workday records demonstrating respect for the integrity of all data.**Skills & Experience**:- Experience reviewing risks and opportunities in client's demands, new solutions, process changes.- Able to make timely decisions regarding processing and communication to ensure relevant internal parties receive support when required.- Able to give constructive feedback, lead productive team meetings and one to ones.- Strong English business communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
