**Position Description**We are looking for a People Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This role would report to the Director of Talent and will be highly focused on administrative tasks.
The People Operations team is responsible for all aspects of employee relations, including hiring, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
We are a close-knit team that is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for the Mechanism core team as well as our portfolio companies.
**What You'll Do**:- Post jobs on Lever and Linkedin.- Set up scorecards in Lever.- Manage employment contracts through Docusign and files in Google Drive.- Supporting recruiting by sourcing for open positions.- Manage sending out flowers/gifts for the team as necessary.- Schedule interviews for the recruiting team.- Prepare presentations and reports for the People Operations team.- Organize and maintain files for the People Operations team.- Proactively identify areas of improvement across people operations and execute on new programs as needed.- Other administrative tasks as needed.
