At Wellhub, you have the opportunity to build a career in a high-growth tech company that places wellbeing at the foundation of its culture, and contribute to making every company a wellness company.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a People Ops Analyst to our People Operations team in Mexico City!Wellhub is looking for a professional who is passionate about people and HR processes and wants to be part of our People Operations Team to support the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America (México, Argentina e Chile) and the US.This person will report directly to the People Operations Manager, building a great experience for our employees (Wellhubbers) supporting a full working cycle - from the first until the last day - as well as assisting them with all their needs during the journey at Wellhub.An advanced English level is mandatory as we are a global company and as it is part of your role, the interaction with the US.YOUR IMPACTResponsible for the onboarding / offboarding processes of all employees based in México (in person), Argentina, Chile and US - ensuring an excellent experience is part of your job.Collect information from new hires, support and approve leave requests, and ensure that all documents are accurate, signed, and submitted to payroll processing on time.Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure that monthly payroll information is provided in a timely manner.Be the focal point of our benefits providers, leasing with them all the necessary information (eg. add dependent on health insurance, meal voucher requests / payments).Make sure invoices related to People Ops and Benefits services are received, accurate and sent to payment within the due date aligning the flow with vendors and stakeholders.Help foster the company culture by coordinating, facilitating and overseeing employee engagement activities and initiatives for SSLatam and US.Main point of contact for our office employees and vendors. Guide employees on their questions, coordinating requests, addressing operational needs, communicating policies and ensuring compliance with people practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide excellent People Operations support (payroll, BPs, finance, benefits, mobility, legal) & engage in different People Team activities.Continuous Improvement: propose improvements to our current processes, suggest new ways of working and collaborating with ideas
