**Position Summary**:

The People Operations team is looking for a highly engaged, HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the team.
This role will interface with multiple internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
This role will support the needs in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide general, administrative support to the People Operations team, including verbal and written verifications of employment (employee and external requests), immigration-related Experience Letters, process daily employee data transactions requested by Managers and HR Business Partners in the HRIS system (Workday), help monitor the team's inbox and case management system (ServiceNow) and assign to team members, and respond to general inquiries from employees through ServiceNow.
- Closely follow processes that support employee lifecycle activities like new joiners and leavers.
- Support the People Ops Partners and Sr Coordinators with a variety of administrative onboarding activities for new joiners, including collecting and reviewing paperwork, creating personnel files, answering pre-hire questions, coordinating NHO exec presenters, and assisting with U.S. I-9 forms (as needed).
- Assist with mail sorting and management of mail and oversee required poster compliance program.
- Assist with HR reporting (e.g., government, exec asks), audit requests, expense reports, and POs.
- Collaborate across teams to complete special requests such as assisting with projects.
- Support other People Ops work, including HR org chart management.
- Manage non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Perform specialized and complex administrative duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards.
- Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Advanced skills in Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, PPT, Excel, and MS Teams; Workday and ServiceNow experience a plus.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Must be highly organized, meticulous, prompt, flexible, resourceful, and dependable.
- Must have initiative and be able to exercise independent judgement.
- Ability to complete tasks, as coached.
**How do you qualify?
**
- **1-2 years** of administrative experience; preferably in HR and at a fast-paced, global company
- HRIS and case management platform experience a plus; Workday and ServiceNow preferred

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
- This position is in Guadalajara, Mexico and is a member of the People Operations Team located in Seattle, WA.
